3 ON 3 DETAILS
This 3 on 3 league is unique. Let us explain. No set teams. We will have players in groups that challenge them every session. No refs. The coaches will govern the game and call fouls and substitute players as needed. No dominate team beating everyone. We will place skill & aggression against each other. No one gets to play point guard all the time. Each player will play all the positions.
What this does is cultivate an environment where all players develop. Not get penciled into only one position. We are building Basketball Players not Position Players.
Players will learn:

Communication
Passing
Dribbling
Shooting
Spacing
Screen & Role
V cuts
Motion offense
